At Athens United Soccer Association, we prioritize a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. Our tournament policies and procedures are designed to ensure smooth operations and uphold the integrity of the game. Please familiarize yourself with these guidelines to help us create a positive environment for everyone involved.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Refunds will be issued only under specific circumstances, such as tournament cancellation. Please refer to our SINCSports policy for more details.

  • How can I contact tournament officials?

    For any inquiries or concerns during the tournament, please reach out to the designated tournament officials. Contact information will be provided in the tournament guide.

  • What if there are weather delays?

    In the event of inclement weather, updates will be communicated through our official channels. Please stay tuned for announcements regarding game delays or cancellations.

  • Are there any special activities planned?

    Yes! We have various activities planned for participants and families, including social events at check in. Check the tournament schedule for more details.

  • How can I provide feedback?

  • What are the registration requirements?

    All teams must complete the registration process before the tournament deadline. This includes submitting player rosters and payment. Ensure all players meet age eligibility requirements.

  • What is the code of conduct?

    We expect all participants, coaches, and spectators to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect towards others. Any form of harassment or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.

  • How are disputes handled?

    Disputes will be addressed by the tournament officials. Teams should report any issues immediately to ensure a fair resolution. All decisions made by officials are final.

  • What are the game rules?

    Games will be played according to standard youth soccer rules, with specific modifications for age groups. Please review the detailed rules provided in the team manager handbook.

  • What should teams bring?

    Teams should come prepared with their own uniforms, water, and any necessary equipment. It’s also advisable to have a first aid kit on hand.
