Speed & Agility Training -- FALL 2019

SPEED AND AGILITY WITH  RICHARD SAMUEL

Speed and Agility sessions will be on  Monday and Tuesday nights starts AUGUST 5th  through  NOVEMBER 15th from 5:30 - 7:00. 
September 2nd, 9th & 10th , there will NO sessions on these days.


There are two 45 minutes sessions each night. 

Academy players will train from 5:30 - 6:15 pm and Select will train from 6:15 - 7:00 pm. 

Training will take place near the backstop at Field 3 @ HOLLAND PARK

FINISHING SESSIONS 
UPDATED JULY 25TH

FINISHING SESSIONS WILL BE HELD BY BRIAN LUKA AND WILL WORK ON ALL ASPECTS OF FINISHING.

This Is available to all Select, Academy and Developmental soccer players at no additional cost. 
All training will be conducted at the Holland Park Soccer Complex. 
First  45 minutes - Developmental & Academy
Second  45 minutes - Classic & Athena 

MONDAY AND TUESDAYS 530-615 ( DEVELOPMENTAL & ACADEMY )   615-7PM (SELECT)

STARTS AUGUST 5TH AND ENDS NOVEMBER 12TH
NO SESSIONS ON SEPTEMBER 2nd (Labor Day)
