Select Program

Athens United Soccer Association offers peak competitive soccer through our Select program, available for ages 12 to 19. Our teams compete in the Southeastern Club Champions League (SCCL). Teams are divided into divisions based on performance, with seasonal promotions and relegations for balance. One-year player commitment from August to May.

Expectations for Our Select Program

At Athens United Soccer Association, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering a love for the game. Our select program for players aged 12-19 is designed to challenge and inspire young athletes. We expect commitment, teamwork, and a passion for soccer. Players will develop their skills through rigorous training, competitive matches, and a supportive environment that encourages growth both on and off the field.

    Players are expected to attend all training sessions and matches. Consistent participation is key to personal and team development.

Tryouts

Tryouts for Select will be hosted at Holland Youth Sports Complex on May 12-19. Times depend on the age group. Tryouts are free for all players. We ask that you bring a soccer ball, shinguards, and water to tryouts. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
