Speed & Agility Training -- SPRING 2018

UPDATED JANUARY 30th.

Richard Samuel, former UGA player, will be our Speed & Agility trainer for the remainder of this season.

Speed and Agility sessions will be on  MONDAY  and THURSDAY  nights from FEBRUARY 5TH  through MAY 23RD from 5:30 pm- 7:00pm. 

There are two 45 minutes sessions each night.
Academy players will train from 5:30 - 6:15 pm and Select will train from 6:15 - 7:00 pm.

Training will take place near the backstop at Field 3 @ HOLLAND PARK

FALL  2018
AUSA Goalkeeper training with Vince Neal is available to all Select, Academy and Developmental soccer players at no additional cost. 
All training will be conducted at the Holland Park Soccer Complex. 
Training in the fundamentals will include: footwork, handling low and high balls, diving, distribution, dealing with crosses, 1v1, and goalkeeper communication. 
First 45 minutes - Developmental & Academy
Second 45 minutes - Classic & Athena
