SPRING GOALKEEPER TRAINING

All training will be conducted at the Holland Park Soccer Complex. Training in the fundamentals will include: footwork, handling low and high balls, diving, distribution, dealing with crosses, 1v1, and goalkeeper communication.

First 45 minutes - Developmental & Academy
Second 45 minutes - Classic & Athena
